You keep meaning to record Grandma's stories. She'll never download an app. This works via phone calls. She gets a text ('Tell me about your first job'), calls a number, talks for 2 minutes, hangs up. After 12 calls, you get a website with transcripts + audio. Optional $49 printed book.
